Why we started Kanava
Founded in 2026, Kanava began with a simple frustration: customer calls were either slow and expensive, or fast and robotic. We knew voice AI had crossed a threshold — fast enough and natural enough to finally feel human.
So we set out to build voice agents that listen, understand, and act. Today our team brings together speech researchers, product designers, and support veterans, all working toward one goal: conversations worth having.
